"Well I really appreciate a company that is always looking to better their products. For the last year I had a website with Superior Internet Solutions. This was my first experience with getting a website. I have been in the business for 18 years, and initially never felt I need one for my business model. But as times changed, I thought that I had better get one, because so many people go to the internet for their purchases. I also felt I needed it just to have the same technology as my referral partners. I chose Superior because the sales rep was really good, and sold me on all the reasons that they were better than you guys. Instead of checking out both, I got swept away by the sales proficiency of the rep at Superior. I didn't even talk to anyone at Alamode, just because he had told me all these different reasons why I would be better off with them. My mistake. They"sucked". I never got any use out of their site, other than having a server to send my bulk emails through. Their site was not easily customizable, and I had to get their people to do any changes, which was like pulling teeth. I never got a single comment about it, let alone an application or any business. I knew I had made a mistake, but had already spent a large set up fee, so I stayed with it to check it out.

I had many friends whom are lenders and appraisers whom have a la mode, and I felt that should have been my choice. Finally I bit the bullet, swallowed my pride and switched. I have not had it for more than two days, but I already prefer it. It was so easy to set up, and much better looking, and many more bells and whistles. I like the music feature, the ability to customize it easily, the application and fax features are amazing, and I have not even gotten deep into it yet, or explored all that it does. I will know more the longer I have it, but I am impressed so far. Thanks for asking, and I really appreciate it, and look forward to keeping this great website, and updating it be fit my business model. Thanks."
