No. Our training
courses are constantly evolving. As we add new features and change existing
ones, we have to change our seminars as well. Unfortunately, changing courses
constantly doesn't go over well with the state appraiser boards. You demand
that we offer training that helps you save time and maximize your proficiency.
That's what we're offering. Besides, wouldn't you rather have current training
over current products rather than a course written 8 years ago covering the
same stuff year after year? |

Can I
bring my laptop? |

Absolutely. Note,
however that access to power outlets is limited, so make sure that your
laptop's battery is fully charged each day. And, with 200 attendees expected at
each seminar, we may not be able to troubleshoot technical problems during the
session. If you're having a problems, please contact our technical support
department for assistance before you arrive. |

aren't you coming to my city? |

We make every
effort to select cities around the country that are easily accessible to a
large majority of our customers. While we'd love to be able to hold seminars in
every major city across the U.S., it's simply not practical or cost effective.
If we're not in your city this year, then look for us next year. We try to mix
it up a little every year. |

Why is
there a materials fee? I'm Platinum and I attend for free. |

Yes, Platinum
Partners can attend for no charge. However, we purchase materials based on the
number of reserved seats. If you register for the seminar, but fail to attend,
we have to recover our costs for materials and catering. You must cancel at
least 14 days prior to the events to avoid the materials fee. |
The "HOT" is a two-day WinTOTAL course, offered at our
training facility in Orlando. We move at a slower pace while you follow
along on a Windows XP computer. We teach with live software — the same
application you use every day, and your book contains each step of every
lesson.
