In just a few moments, WinTOTAL can now automatically retrieve higher quality street maps, aerial imagery and hybrid views, and oblique “Bird’s eye” imagery from Microsoft ‘s Virtual Earth system. It adds the subject and comparable properties automatically, gathers flood & census information (Enterprise edition), automatically creates a driving directions route sheet, adds flood maps (when enabled with InterFlood), and transfers all of that information along with proximities into your report.

Map styles
WinTOTAL’s available map styles offer additional useful views for supporting your report than just the same old street map. For example, a Bird’s eye map could quickly and easily show that your subject clearly backs up to a golf course or waterfront view in a way that simply describing in text can never get across.

Add scanned plat maps in a few clicks
How often do you need to add a PDF file, image or scan in a plat map? Probably quite often. WinTOTAL’s Add Document tool lets you choose the form you want to put it on and name the title of the form.
