Check out five common excuses and misconceptions about the webinars and training resources we offer.  I’m sure you have said at least a couple of these before.  And, yes.  These are from real (anonymous) customers.

1. “Planning ahead is too tough!  I’m too busy.”  Many LO’s spend the greater part of the work day combating numerous phone calls, so it’s understandable that a live, scheduled online training session wouldn’t fit into their day.  That’s why we’ve recorded all of our live webinars, and post them as recorded videos that you can watch anytime.  So, if it’s more convenient for you, you can fit in a short tutorial over lunch, in the morning, on the weekend, or in bed.  What’s the benefit?  If you’re marketing your site like you should, then you’re sending traffic to your site.  Traffic that’s impressionable.  Traffic that can (or won’t) make a huge difference in your bottom line. You’d be surprised to learn more about what all your XSite and XSellerate is really capable of.  One of the intended functions is to shave time off your to do list every day, and automate the mundane tasks.  Many XSite and XSellerate users aren’t using their tools to their full potential.  The most common response that training attendees (newer users, and seasoned vets alike) say is, “I had no idea my XSite could do that!”
