Jennifer started as a Bradford ClickFORMS user because it's all her mentor had ever used. But when she started her own business, she made the choice to switch to TOTAL and hasn't looked back since.
What did you use before switching to a la mode?
Jennifer: I had used ClickFORMS when training with my mentor, because that's all he had ever used. When I started my own business, after researching the options, I chose to switch to TOTAL.
What was your experience in the actual process of switching?
Jennifer: I figured it would be a huge change, and I was leery about doing it, but your salesperson made it very easy to make the switch. Your trainers and techs are just amazing. I'm so thankful that they made it as painless as possible.

I really didn't have much of a learning curve. I don't consider myself to be a technically savvy person, but I’m not bad with technology either. I took advantage of the training sessions, and made a few calls to tech support in the first few days, which made it pretty simple to get a solid grasp of the program. I was impressed with the short wait times and positive attitudes of those I spoke with in tech support - that goes a long way with an impatient person like myself!
What are some specific things you like about TOTAL?
Jennifer: The program saves time by automatically populating duplicate data fields. For example, once the address is entered once, it will appear on all pages where it's required. The other software feature that's quite impressive is the E&O check. It gives me the added confidence that when a report is completed and sent to a client, I know it has been thoroughly reviewed.
What advice would you give to someone considering a switch to TOTAL?
Jennifer: I think it's more of a mental thing - you have to commit to the change. Definitely take advantage of the training sessions, and give yourself a week or two to acclimate. TOTAL is worth the effort of switching, because it's user friendly and more advanced than other programs on the market.
